On Fébruary 1th, 2012, I received a mail from :

SCRANTON, PA 18508.
He wanted a trade : he offer me 1 NOPD Patrolman badge ( number 189X) and a Louisiana State Police K9 patch, and he wanted 28 patches from my trade list.
I accept, I send 28 patches and ....... no badge and patch in return, no news, and no more mail adress ( papatchcollector@gmail.com ).
THANKS to this great THIEF, hope he is very happy with my patches !!!

I´m a patch collector from Austria an I send to Matt Duffy also two patches on January 2012. No patches return no mail.

Thanks for the collectors who contact me, having the same problem with this guy. Funny : Matt Duffy only stole European people !!!!
Now, I'll be very happy to have a contact with a Trooper from the Pennsylvania State Police, or a Scranton PD Officer !
